Bella Vida wouldn’t be the practice it is today without the leadership of Iani Silveira! Our founder is a Miami native who envisioned a new kind of aesthetic care, one focused around concierge service and regenerative treatments that bridge the gap between beauty and wellness. Her desire to improve the industry led her to create the Bella Vida Instant BBL™, the non-surgical gold-standard in sculpting a stunning booty.

Iani opened Bella Vida in 2015 after her introduction to aesthetics. She has worked as a travel trainer for U.S. Stem Cell, Inc., is a Consulting Medical Director for Merz Aesthetics, continuously trailblazing with her work for regenerative aesthetic products like RADIESSE®, along with training in the Bella Vida Instant BBL™ to help expand other practices in the industry. Her years of experience cover numerous certifications, memberships, and awards, but one thing Iani has never stopped doing is innovating. She strives to be the best in everything she does, and that’s a sentiment echoed by everyone at Bella Vida.
